Removing small concrete slab and laying sleepers for a veggie garden

We'd like this area in the corner of our yard, which used to house a SPA pool before we moved in, turned into a vegetable garden. The job involves removing the 2x2.2cm concrete slab, and laying some sleepers to house the vegetable patch. Ideally, we'd like this done in time for Christmas, so we can use the time to plant some veggies.
