Retaining wall Height Extension

Retaining wall, concrete fill. Want to add a horizontal 150mm sleeper to top to get more height to level a lawn profile. Circa 20 metres in total. 16mm holes every 300mm to a depth of 200mm. Happy to pay upfront. Cheers
