Job description
115m2 concrete driveway consisting of a (1)drive 27m long x 3m wide, plus a (2)car pad to be 6.8m wide x 5m long , broom finish. Proposed (2)car pad will connect to existing 6.8m car pad. 16m of the 27m (1)drive is uphill whilst the remaining 11m of (1)drive and (2)car pad are level. It is proposed to install electric slide gate on the uphill portion of the drive. Consideration to be given to providing a concrete platform for gate to slide on.

Overall DKNZ provided what we asked for. A problem arose with one of the early pours which impacted the time line. However, to their credit DKNZ did resolve the issue. DKNZ had an inexperienced workforce, however, they are to be commended for their hard work and dedication to the job. The big issue we felt was the level of communication. Instead of DK speaking to us directly regarding the problem, most discussions were through his employees, which didn't always convey an accurate message.
