Finishing under carport, around house, possibly driveway

Hi, I'm having a house built which should be done in about 6-8 weeks. I need finishing for the ground in the carport, a bit around the house, especially outside the doors, and possibly the driveway depending on cost. I'm looking at either concrete, asphalt, or cobblestones. Really the bottom line is going to be price. I can send plans with the relevant areas highlighted.
