Hearth repair

We are replacing the tiling around our fireplace. When removing the old tiles the horizontal part of the concrete base disintegrated. We need a new concrete block laid so we can retile it. The block is approximately 1380 x 330 x 90mm. We need this done urgently (in the next 10 days). If the tiles could also be installed this would be great, however we could do this ourselves if not.
