Driveway water diversion

We are investigating options to improve the drainage of our driveway towards our house. Our driveway runs alongside our house, and a paved single parking spot just above a covered car park and the house has a slope that can allow some water to flow under the home. We want to see if a small concrete ridge design might be enough to push water to the side to flow down around/away from the house, and still be discrete enough to not be a tripping hazard or an eyesore.
