Concrete floor inside converted barn needs cleaning after cyclone

We have a small barn on our property, measuring approximately 6m x 4m. We have converted this barn into a small, work-from-home office for our business. During Cyclone Danielle, it was flooded - but very mildly compared to others. Now there is a very thin layer of silt on the unfinished concrete floor that needs to be cleaned. We are not really sure of the best way to go about cleaning it up and were hoping someone more experienced than us would have the equipment to do it efficiently. It will likely be a multi-day job, because the office furniture will need to be shifted to one half of the barn, while the other half is cleaned and dried. There is power at the barn, but not running water. We have a water storage cube, which provides good pressure but thought it was important to mention this fact. Our property is located about 15/20 minutes outside of Havelock North. We'd like the work to be completed as soon as possible. I don't have great photos, but have attached one so you can see the small amount of water and silt that came into the office during the storm.
