Paving, pattern concrete or decking patio job

I have an old flat concrete area around my pool and house measuring about 205sm which I want to raise about 10cm to the pool lip level with either concrete, paving, wooden decking, artificial grass or a combination of these. Looking for suggestions on some good cost effective options.
