Reseal concrete

We have concrete which is already sealed - unsure what product was used. When the sealer was put on, it was a hot day and the sealer bubbled. Some of the bubbles have since popped and scrapped off as the kids have walked on it. I'm looking for someone who can do something to fix it and make it look pretty. See photos for size of area, and the bubbles.
