Creating a driveway/park area

We require a driveway/parking area to be created on our lawn area. To do this the site will need to be prepared, levelled and tree roots removed. The size is large enough to park our vehicle on. We will consider prices for concrete and but imagine small stones with all the correct prep and edging will be more cost effective?
