A 1920s Rough cast concrete bungalow needing repairs to cracks in the concrete walls. Needs some exterior wood architraves repaired, plus on interior wall that needs rebuilding. (Approx 4m x 3.7m) New flooring laid in small room approx 2.5 x 3.5m About 4 cracked tiles to be replaced.
