We currently have brick pavers which we'd like to uplift and lay concrete in a modern finish with 'grouted' cuts that look like big tiles. Given that the paths are already paved, there shouldn't ,be too much leveling etc needed.

These guys were good. They actually did another job for me, (removing trees and clearing a fenceline and drilliing post holes)(nice work guuys. All done quickly and smotthly.
