Driveway drainage and pothole repair

I live down a right-of-way and at the top end (where I live) part of the concrete guttering along the drive has sunk, so it doesn't drain properly. This has created several large potholes in this part of the unsealed gravel driveway. I want the concrete guttering taken out and relaid to allow water to drain, and I want the potholes repaired -- and possibly more gravel laid.
