New Built house requires garden and driveway

We are almost finished building a new house in Paihia and now require quotes for a garden (just a lawn laid and flower beds cut in) as well as to have the driveway laid. The site is very steep where the garden is to go so will idealy need to be two levels with a wall / step scenario. Existing retaining wall in front of the house leading to where the garden is to go. Driveway has been cut in by the builders so needs to be concreted. Looking for the best possible price on this!
