New floor in basement

Need to lay a floor in basement area. Will require removal of benches and stuff on the floor, levelling and laying a new floor. Could be conrete or paving tiles. The main area is about 9 sq m. Also to create a drainage hole in brick wall at ground level with drainage channel out into the garden. Excuse the photos - the firewood and household stuff will be gone - but there is other stuff on the floor (pallets) and benches, etc, that needs to come out to access the floor properly. As an option, a raised area could be levelled and paving tiles laid. About another 10 sq m. Can be done anytime.
