Path removal and new foundation strip

We need the path removed and lowered by approx 30 cm. Approx 17 meter of concrete saw will be required to ensure we leave footing for retaining wall above. We then need to remove rotten wooden foundation which is sitting direct on the soil. Then replace with concrete line or new bearers, a couple of joists need replaced due to rot also. Reinstate path and install sump to collect rain water and tap into stormwater.
