Dig and concrete a basement floor

Job description

House Slabs
Dunedin

Hoping to find someone who can dig out and then lay a concrete slab floor for our currently undeveloped dirt/clay basement. Roughly 60m2. There is brick and stone in the dirt/clay. We have confirmation from the DCC that with the concrete level coming to where the inside dirt level is we do not need consent to dig and lay the pad. (our original plan was to dig down 200-300mm to give extra height, but we haven't found a registered builder to help with that so we will sacrifice height to get the floor concreted). There is a small pad of concrete near the door that will need to be smashed up to make a level floor. We do have places on site to discard rock/brick and dirt/clay. We're also after a garage door (panels to slide around sideways) to replace the current windows to allow car access. In the photos I've included a drawing of the area including where the photos were taken from and an outline of the current concrete. Hope these can help. No specific time-frame to get this done, we'd just like to make progress on making the space finally usable.

Fantastic attention to detail, made sure he took the best options instead of the easiest and took great pride in his work. Made sure things looked great, not just finished. Fantastic communications and work ethic. Was very open and honest about timeframes and made sure we understood any reasons for delays (Not that anyone could surely misunderstand covid stopping everything). Absolutely would look to choose him for any future work as I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Very impressed.
