Outside footpath needs re-concreted

Our outside footpath (probably 10-ish metres) needs the concrete replaced - either concrete over existing concrete and fill in gaps and cracks, or remove old concrete and replace. Ideally we would also like the concrete on the joining bridge to be replaced too, and some handrails installed on the bridge.
