Concrete/ashphalt

Hi guys i need quotes for the photos below please. Photo 1 Need the area inside the red lines to be boxed and filled with concrete. The part on the right will have fence posts installed before the job gets done. Photo2 Same as photo 1 but looking the other way. I will remove the broken concrete from across the driveway. Photo 3 Need a quote to get the area inside of the box re ashphalted. Photo 4 I want to get the curb re alighned with my driveway but not sure if A: im allowed to? B: do i get someone to just do it or do i have to ring the council? Thank you Cam
