Install drainage into concrete driveway to prevent flooding

We have a driveway (concrete) that is low and has no drainage installed. Consequently it floods when there is heavy rain. When bad enough it flows into the garage. I think it needs some drainage cut into it and somehow diverted into stormwater - not my field of expertise at all, so am open to suggestions. I’m posting pictures - some of the area today with a lake there, and the other when it was drying out the other day to show the lowest spot.
