Driveway re concrete or asphalt

Driveway is roughly 5 meters in length and 8 wide but not square. It's on maybe a 45 degree angle up to a garage. Looks like its concrete underneath but has had an asphalt layer put on over the top at some point. So open to what options there are as to wether concreting or asphalting is a better option.
