Concrete floor prepared for laying flooring will need grinding and leveling

The are to be worked on consists of 2 bedrooms and a hall (see attached plan) approx 33m2. The concrete floor is too uneven to lay laminate it will need grinding a leveling to get it to an appropriate state. The floor plan also indicates the differing depths of the floor. over the span of both bedrooms the fall is 20mm. The fall does not need to be addressed it just needs to be smooth for the laminate i.e. it doesn't have to be level just smooth enough to lay laminate flooring . Ideally this job would be done in 2 stages to allow the movement of furniture between the bedrooms i.e. level one room lay the floor move furniture do the next bedroom but this is not a deal breaker if all the furniture needs to be moved out it can be
