Repair of crack

Please assess this crack on our relatively new driveway (earthquake repair). It now spans 2 sections and is full thickness. The repairer put no mesh in, and we had no idea. If we repair the crack with a filler (e.g. SLAB) will that work? Happy to still see the crack as long as it is filled and solid. Measurements: The crack extends in total to 3820mm long ie a 720mm extension into next concrete section, and note a horizontal crack travels the complete thickness of the concrete.
