Job description
The job is to fill a shallow seepage drain around the perimeter wall, (65mm Drainflow on hand) . Backfill, compact and level a 40 sq metre clay floor and top with vapour barrier. Pour and level 100mm concrete floor to use as workshop. The basement is lined and has power and light. Access is down a concrete driveway 20 metres, through a garage and standard domestic door. The concrete could be pumped from the road if a vent was removed, a run of 12m with a 3m drop. The job is available now.
