Job description
- 48m^2 footprint, nominal of 500mm deep - May need to take out a big tree stump, has been dug round. - Foundation to be built and pour as per design - Involve 3 inspections from the geotechnical engineer - All pipe embedded items as per the construction drawing -Sign off works for building consent - Driveway access (2.5meters wide)

The start of the work was fine, but the workmanship of concrete finish was disappointing, numerous chipped concrete corners(minor and major), honeycombing, the foundation was not squared and waved a little bit. I have asked the contractor to fix it, they came to fix some but not all of them, I asked them to repair the honeycomb under shower box, and Boss called me on Sunday afternoon and argued saying that was unnecessary, even said what I said was nonsense. I have paid in full, disappoint.
