vehicle park off driveway

I want a plain concrete pad laid for parking vehicles on. Referring to the photo I need the concrete to come from the front fence extending out approx 3 metres, then from short fence at rear of boat all the way to the driveway. This will require 3 metres of the garden and concrete path in foreground of photo to be removed. The concrete pad has to be level, but there will be a need for some sloping at the driveway end to follow the lay of the driveway which slopes down gradually towards the street. I also need a small section of foot path laid leading to the rear of the concrete pad from just out of view. The total area of concrete to be laid is approximately 41 sq metres including main vehicle park and footpath at rear.
