New Driveway

We are looking at getting a quote to complete our driveway as part of putting together the documentation to apply for finance from our bank for a new house build. As part of this we need to get a quote for landscaping including the driveway. Can you please provide a quote outlining exclusions to prepare and construct the driveway as indicated in the attached plan? The driveway is approximately 105m2 and connects to an existing asphalt right-of-way. The drive will need sawcuts and possible construction joints but will leave that for you to decide if needed. We are looking at putting drawings in for consent end of March. The driveway will likely only need to be constructed in August/September but will be happy to work in with you to get the best price. We are after an exposed aggregate driveway with a darker colour mix. Thanks, Mark
