Three concrete steps repaired. Ground subsided underneath so three sections cut out, two of a square foot and one square two feet. Hardfill to bring up to level then concreted. Three cracks to fill, each minor and approximately one metre in length. Area will be painted so appearance irrelevant. One area, square foot, of mortar repair to coating on wall beside steps and one corner, same area where coating and a little of the concrete has crumbled. Cost a factor. The area is fairly rough, rustic you might say. Thanks Lynda
