Concrete Slab 4m x 1.8m x 100mm

Concrete slab required to match existing concrete patio as closely as possible. Slab size is 4m x 1.8m x 100mm depth. Slab should have rebar / rebar mesh to prevent cracking, cut slots to match existing patio slots, radiused edging, smooth float surface. The slab is needed in the back garden and the concrete may need to be mixed locally due to access. All waste to be removed from site.
