Single garage concrete floor replacement
Job description
My garage floor is over 50 years old and really needs replacing. It is cracked and uneven. One side got some new concrete about 15 years ago when we got that side of the house re-piled so maybe it's possible to keep that concrete? The garage is 5.6mx3.14m and it's at the pavement edge of our property so access is good. (though we are on a steep hill so the driveway is sloped left to right). I'm open to the existing floor being patched and resurfaced (if that's even an option) or the whole thing dug up and new concrete poured. The garage is under the house but the floor isn't structural at all, as the house was there for 50 years before the garage was created.

I got Sam(Forno Constuction) in to fix my garage floor and side path and he really knocked it out the park. Communication was amazing, the job started on time and was finished on time. The results were 100% perfect, and better than I ever dreamed possible (no exaggeration). Sam broke down the cost, took my priorities into account (shortest turnaround time) and communicated throughout the process. He gave me confidence and delivered quality workmanship. I couldn't ask for better.
