Mend concrete stairs, apply reflective nosing, install hand rail

Safety and ascetic work. The front sides of five concrete stairs need replacing (see photos attached). For safety reasons relective nosing to be inserted onto 7 stairs, and a handrail installed beside the five stairs (slight curve). After discussion, the owner will pay for the nosing and handrail. If interested, please provide photos of relevant work completed this year.
