Concrete Crack Injection

Our soak pit consists of a vertical 70 cm diameter concrete pipe going down to a porous layer. The concrete is cracked a bit less than a metre down from ground level. (During the anniversary weekend flooding the surrounding ground water came in through these cracks.) I want the crack plugged, please.
