Backyard concrete slab removal & disposal - 46m 2

We have a concrete slab in our backyard approx. 10.6m x 4.3m and 30cm thick (46m square). Please see photo. The property is on a gentle slope and one edge of the concrete pad will be accessible from under the decked area. We’d like this removed and taken away so we can put in grass. It is bordered on each short end by concrete on the neighbouring properties so this needs to be considered. There is vehicle access from the (friendly) Neighbours’ driveway. Ideally looking for an operator who can also partially remove and replace an section of fence for the access, and remove and dispose of the decking as necessary (without damaging the deck foundations). We want to protect the magnolia tree in the corner but don't care about the rest of the plants/garden. There is potential for further work to improve the backyard such as a small retaining wall and new decking.
