Petanque piste

The job is to break up and remove a 1.8 x 1.2 m section of old concrete path (laid before 1965). The perimeter of the section to be removed has been cut with a concrete saw and a section ~ 1.2 x 0.2 m already removed. The site is located on a concrete driveway, ~ 20m from the road,. The driveway is ~ 3m wide but the eaves overhang ~ 0.6 m. A truck can be backed up to the site to place a small concrete bin if required, but need to watch the eaves when hoisting on or off. The concrete is ~ 100 mm (~ 4 inches) thick. There is a possibility that the concrete has not been completely cut through in places, based on the feel of the saw while cutting, but should be able to be broken off. The hole left by the removal of the concrete will be filled with packed gravel (not part of this job), so we require it tidy on the upper edge but can be a bit ragged on the lower edge. I imagine a jackhammer would be employed, although you may prefer to cut the concrete into smaller sections first. No deadline but I would like the work done reasonably soon so I can practice petanque at home. I am looking for a total cost, including hire of small bin for the concrete.
