Job description

General Concreting
Auckland

Installation of a Kryptonite Stronghold Surface Anchor 1) Cut a ~19cm x 19cm hole into existing asphalt. Larger can be done if needed. 2) Excavate to 30cm depth. 3) Fill the hole with concrete (minus ~1.5cm). 4) Install the Surface Anchor into/onto the concrete. This may either be performed when the concrete is dried (by drilling 3 holes and installing bolts), or ideally when wet (by installing bolts into anchor, and sliding the installed bolts into the wet concrete. 5) If a larger hole was installed, then it should be filled up around the anchor, and coloured/disguised to be the same colour as the asphalt. 5) Removal of the excavated soil and asphalt. NOTES: Photos attached are a plan with measurements, plus photos of the anchor placed where it should be installed. There are a Chorus cable, and water mains, nearby, but it is believed that none will be shallower than 30cm - excavation of the hole should nonetheless be done carefully. Not urgent - some time in the next month. Awaiting final approval for plan from bodycorp - will need to wait until receive that approval.

Excellent. Used high quality/dense concrete when I explained the requirement, and worked around some unexpected installation issues. Excellent job camouflaging the concrete. Turned up when he said he would, and worked with my schedule.
