Grade & Asphalt R.O.W. driveway - Total approx 155m2

Looking for an experienced contractor to regrade and asphalt seal an existing gravel driveway. Proposed R.O.W. has Auckland Council approval and work needs to meet strict Council requirements. As the timeframe is very important, we want this to be completed as soon as possible, preferably by end of March. See attached drawings.
