Statue installation

Dig a --- area to then lay reinforced concrete and insert a vertical steel rod designed so that a statue can be attached. Required urgently. The statue is 350kg. The concrete reinforcing needs to be welded to the vertical steel rod. Need to cut exisiting concrete out to dig hole. The statue has a sleeve that then sits over the steel rod to hold it in place. The statue is approx 8ft tall. The steel pole needs to be 100% accurately vertical so that the statue sits straight
