Concrete step repair.

A concrete slab step on a steel staircase is cracked and needs replacing (see attached photos). We want either a new concrete step poured and fitted to the steel staircase or if this is too difficult, concrete step removed and a wooden one fitted. The staircase is at a block of units. We would want the job completed in a timely manner to minimise disruptions to tenants who would be required to use the alternate staircases at the other end of the building while the work is being done.
