Unfortunately after accepting the first of three payments for the job back in April, over $2000, Cede has become uncontactable. After initially communicating with another member of our body Corp group he alleged he had an injury which we took on good faith was true and that when he was better he would complete the job. He has now ceased communications and hasn't refunded our deposit. It's a shame as we thought Cede was a reputable person / contractor
