Block wall/Landscaping

I need a 1.0m high very old concrete block wall replaced. Part of it (in the photo it is the driveway side) is slowly falling over. Approx 4.2m L x 1.0 H. Would also like some steps puts into the wall and the whole lot rendered. After this we are going to put in a picket fence, so if you know someone or can do it yourself, that would be handy. Work is in Kingsland.
