When I questioned some off the workmanship Sam the owner of Prosam construction turned up at my house and nailed a 60 page gib guide to my wall with a 90 mm nail right through the book into my wall in my entrance way,He then wrote a strong comment in builders pencil right across the gib board in the house this scared my wife and family, Obviously very hot headed and extremely dangerous when mad. The work itself was looked at buy another master builder and was off very poor quality with no attention to detail, he used a framing gun with 90mm nails to attach very expensive finished timber "it was ugly" when questioned he said i could fill it? The door frames where hung incorrectly. The architraves put on incorrectly. This is stuff you would expect a builder to know. Extremely disappointed with his work and very upset with his reaction to having his work questioned.
