Concrete platform for porch

A concrete platform is required to be laid to support a small porch. The platform needs to be prepared first, before the concrete is poured, it needs to be inspected by the council which I will organise, as the porch is under a BC. The platform is required to come roughly to the height of the door (in picture) approx 610 mm. The length is about 3.5 metres which includes must include steps to the ground. The width is approximately 1700mm or 20 cm short of the posts of the carport (in picture) The platform will leave a gap between the platform and the house itself which will still allow air to flow under the house. Additional Points The platform is then support a firerated wall which will be installed afterwards by a builder. The fire rated wall is a James Hardie product JHETJJ30, so would like someone who would be happy to answer any questions by the builder if the need arises. Would like the job done in the latter part of July.
