Glenn was very prompt and professional in providing a quote. I asked about an additional job (water blasting our path) which he also quoted on and was awarded the job for both. His cleaning inside our house was great and the scores I've provided above are for the inside work only. However, the outside job wasn't up to the standard of previous companies. He was professional in handling my concerns and did not charge for the outside work.
