Rat faeces, dust and old rubbish removed. So that we can then add fresh insulation and flooring. Roughly 8m x 4m. Access is through a hatch in the lounge. I'm guessing an industrial vacuum cleaner is needed. And being a bit careful when removing everything as you need to go through the lounge.
