one-off house clean

We are ending our tenancy. We want our two bedroom downstairs flat on Evans Bay Parade spring-cleaned on either 16 or 17 December. It will be empty. We want the oven cleaned and carpets shampooed throughout ( 2 bedrooms, hall and living room). This job does not include window cleaning ( internal or external). It does include walls, ceilings and skirting boards cleaned.
