Blocking chimney draft

I have a wood fireplace that we are not currently using as it needs to get upgraded. In the meantime I'd like to block the draft from the chimney for winter, either by using a draft stopper, doors, fake insert or something else that works. I'm looking for someone to provide a solution and help fit out. Thanks
