End of lease cleaning- one bedroom home
Job description
End of lease clean: Anytime between Monday 20th -Thursday 23rd Jan ( prefer beginning of week) Will be empty house. Small open plan lounge/kitchen, one bedroom house: Clean - small fridge/freezer, oven, stove top, rangehood, small bathroom (shower, toilet, basin). Dust lounge and bedroom window ledges, wipe bathroom walls, mop bathroom floor and quick wipe out of pantry and cupboards. If time vacuum. Shouldn't be too bad - Prob between 3-5 hours? Free parking on street but needs to be moved after 2 hours ( coupon area). Can work something out with this if needed?

Very friendly team. They took on the job at very shortice and were able to complete within desired timeframes. Very good communication and arranged for inspection as well as leaving written confirmation of tasks completed. The only thing I would suggest as improvement is for the initial contact (offer of interest) to also mention additional oven cleaning cost, as well as stating hourly rate? However end cost was still reasonably priced, and job was thorough so would definitely use again!
