Cleaning of flats in Hataitai

We have four flats changing over in Hataitai today (Saturday 21 Jan). We don't know what cleaning will be needed until the tenants leave, which is scheduled for midday. We're looking for a cleaner, or cleaners who can be on stand-by to come and do some cleaning, likely to be mainly kitchens and bathrooms. We checked out the flats last week, and all were pretty good overall. Some of the tenants will get cleaning done others won't, and we don't know to what extent until they move out. To be fair most of our tenants are pretty good (most of the time). We have new tenants coming on Sunday, or as soon as the flats are clean and ready. We're looking for someone who can help us get these places clean. You don't need to be a professional cleaner, but need to be able to crack into the job. One or two people would be ideal. It might be a few hours work, might be more. If you're happy to be on standby we'll pay a minimum number of hours even if there's not much to do, so long as you can commit to being there Saturday from about midday and can work till it’s all done.
