Household cleaner required, preferably local (and not too fussy!) 2

Looking for a cleaner once a week for a couple of hours to do the usual regular general house cleaning - ie. vacuum the carpets, wipe down the kitchen/bathroom surfaces, etc. Our house is quite small (70sqm) but we have a lively pre-schooler and lots of stuff, so if taking on the job you'd need to be prepared to be moving our things about to clean behind/under/around it, as we wouldn't have time to tidy up ahead of you coming in. Obviously this would be reflected in the time it takes to complete the work (otherwise it would probably be a quick half hour job!) We both work full time and our son is at daycare so we can be flexible with when you come in, as you'd have uninterrupted access to the house between 8.30am - 5pm weekdays. Would suit someone local who doesn't mind dealing with the day to day mess that results from a couple of busy parents! Also an opportunity to do a few hours of gardening here and there as required, so somebody who can fulfill both roles would be perfect (this could alternatively be done over the weekend).
