House clean after tenants left it in a bit of a mess. 3 bedrooms + rumpus, 110 sqm. Hopefully the carpets, walls and ceilings don't need much though as there's new wallpaper and paint throughout upstairs (most of the house), and new carpet through whole house, ceilings also painted. Job start date TBC but likely after mid-June when the decorator has finished and carpet laying is completed.

Cleaning was done on time as agreed. They came back and finished venetian blinds as requested as initial clean wasn't quite enough. Unfortunately new paintwork was scratched and no liability was accepted when nobody else could have caused it.
